RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

When booking, you will be asked for your credit card details. At the time of booking, you will not be charged money to confirm the reservation.

10 days before your arrival, our administrator will contact you and confirm the reservation, will charge 50% of the reservation price from you. The remaining 50% of the reservation will be charged to you upon arrival at the apartment.

If you cancel your reservation 10 days before the date of arrival, you will not be fined.

In case of your refusal less than 10 days before your arrival, penalties shall be 50% of the reservation price.
